  • Order number.

  • Photos of defective or damaged products (if applicable).

3.2 Customer service will review the request and inform the customer of refund eligibility.

4. Reimbursement Terms

4.2 Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the policies of the bank or payment service provider.
